Is it hot enough for you here in SoCal?! Even at night it seems the temperatures have been holding fast in the nineties. So needless to say, the best home-cooked dinners have been those that involve no cooking. Like this antipasto platter from the other night.
The white anchovies and the figs stuffed with cream-infused mozzarella were my favorite components. But you can probably tell from the chubby grab-hand above that Bubs was partial to the salami.

mmmmm, that looks really good right about now! And why does your dinner table always look so picturesque? I'm really missing wine right now.
I love the chubby hand! It's a similar scene over here whenever salami makes an appearance. ;-)
