Taste It Again

I drank a lot of root beer as a kid (mostly with my dad on pizza nights), but have tended to drift towards the harder stuff as an adult. It turns out I've been missing out! We picked up a case of IBC Root Beer on special at the market the other day, and now cracking one open has become almost a nightly ritual. This stuff is so smooth you almost don't notice the carbonation and so good I almost don't miss my martinis. Almost. And if you like root beer floats, you really need to have a few bottles of this on hand. Has it been a while for you too?
