"You Don't Spell It. You Eat It."

The H put this plate in front of me last Saturday night. All I could think of to say was, "What is it?" It was lamb chops on a bed of Israeli couscous with roasted beet, apple and goat cheese salad and a Granny Smith apple gastrique. "Gas what?" I asked. "Gastrique," he said. "How do you spell that?" I asked, thinking ahead to the blogworthiness of this dish. And that's when I got the title of this post. He can be snarky that H. Just look at our dessert. Again, very snarky.

Yeah, from 7-Eleven. Why he plated them I have no idea. But they are my favorite so no complaints.

I love it! He is getting more and more creative. I could go for some Reeses right about now. Does he do the dishes after wards?

Yes, but there aren't too many dishes afterwards because he's good about cleaning as he cooks. I think it's only fair since he uses so many gadgets and gizmos. Don't worry. I'm responsible for cleaning every other room in the house. Mmmm Reese's.
